In March 2025, the highly anticipated 33rd HOTELEX Shanghai 2025 kicked off grandly at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) in Hongqiao. As one of the most influential and comprehensive hospitality and catering industry events in Asia, this year’s exhibition covered an exhibition area of over 300,000 square meters, gathering more than 5,000 exhibitors and attracting over 400,000 professional visitors from home and abroad. As a regular and trusted exhibitor with years of participation experience, we were honored to join this grand event, aiming to showcase our high-quality standard PP (polypropylene) disposable take-out boxes and strengthen cooperation with clients in East and South China’s thriving hospitality and catering markets.

Our exhibition booth, designed to highlight professionalism and product reliability, focused on displaying our core product line of mature and stable PP disposable take-out boxes. The product range covers a full spectrum of common sizes from 300ml to 1800ml, paired with multiple lid types including tight-sealing flat lids and leak-proof dome lids, specifically tailored to meet the routine take-away needs of diverse hospitality and catering establishments such as high-end hotels, mid-to-low range restaurants, fast-food chains, and take-out specialty stores. All our products are made of premium food-grade PP material, which boasts excellent heat resistance (withstanding temperatures from -20℃ to 120℃) and durability, making them suitable for holding hot dishes, soups, staples, and other food items without deformation or releasing harmful substances. This material advantage aligns with the growing industry demand for safe and reliable packaging solutions amid increasing consumer focus on food safety.

During the exhibition, we placed great emphasis on communicating three core advantages of our products to visitors: strict quality control, steady mass production capacity, and competitive pricing. Our strict quality control system covers every link from raw material procurement to finished product delivery – all raw materials are subject to rigorous testing to meet national food safety standards GB 4806.7-2016, and each batch of products undergoes leakage, pressure, and temperature resistance tests before leaving the factory. With three advanced production lines and a professional production team, we ensure a steady monthly output capacity to meet the large-volume procurement needs of catering chains and hotel groups. Meanwhile, by optimizing the production process and leveraging large-scale raw material purchasing advantages, we are able to offer competitive pricing, helping clients effectively reduce packaging costs while ensuring operational smoothness.

The four-day exhibition witnessed lively interactions at our booth, with a steady stream of professional visitors including procurement managers from well-known catering chains, operation directors of hotel groups, and owners of local restaurants in East and South China. We conducted in-depth business talks with these visitors, listening to their specific packaging needs and pain points, and providing customized solution suggestions based on their business scales and operational scenarios. Many visitors expressed strong recognition of our product quality and service concept after on-site inspections and product demonstrations. As a result, we successfully secured multiple new cooperation opportunities, including preliminary cooperation intentions with three regional catering chain brands and two hotel groups, which will further expand our market share in East and South China.
